Notice to terminate usufructuary leases of residential or commercial premises must be given in writing.
The lessor must give notice of termination using a form approved by the canton which informs the lessee how he must proceed if he wishes to contest the termination or apply for an extension of the lease.
Notice to terminate is void if it does not fulfil the above requirements.
