Resolutions which neither encroach on the creditors’ rights nor impose further material contributions on the creditors require merely an absolute majority of the votes represented, unless the law stipulates otherwise or the bond issue conditions impose stricter requirements.
The majority is determined in all cases according to the nominal value of the bond capital conferring right to vote that is represented at the creditors’ meeting.
