The parties may issue documents of title to goods in the form of ledger-based securities. Articles 1154 and 1155 apply mutatis mutandis.
The issuer's signature is not required if the instrument can be unambiguously attributed to him or her in another manner. The further content of the instrument, including any charges, must be recorded in the securities ledger itself or in the associated accompanying data.
