the bill amount, provided the bill has not been accepted or honoured, with any agreed interest;
interest at a rate of six per cent since the maturity date;
the costs of the protest and notifications and any other expenses;
a commission of no more than one-third of one per cent.
Where recourse is had before maturity, interest is deducted from the bill amount. Such interest is calculated on the basis of the official (Swiss National Bank) discount rate obtaining at the domicile of the holder on the date on which recourse is had.
