  1. The endorsement transfers all rights arising from the bill of exchange.
  2. If it is a blank endorsement, the bearer may:
  3. add his name or the name of another person to the endorsement;
  4. endorse the bill further by blank endorsement or endorsement to a specified person;
  5. negotiate the bill further without completing the blank endorsement and without endorsing it.
