Existing associations in accordance with Article 61 paragraph 2 must meet the requirements specified in Articles 61a and 69 paragraph 2 within 18 months of the Amendment of 19 March 2021 coming into force. Existing associations in accordance with Article 61 paragraph 2 number 3 must also be entered in the commercial register within this period.
