Art. 13a

¹If a pecuniary obligation on the father's part is established by court decision or by contract before the new law comes into force, and if the child has not yet reached the age of ten when the new law comes into force, the child may within two years bring an action under the provisions of the new law to have the parent-child relationship declared.

²If the Defendant proves that he or she is not the father or is less likely to be the father than another person, the right to claim future maintenance lapses.
