These rates include all costs, with the exception of the reimbursement of expenses.
The rates apply to a full-time workload; the basis for calculation is 220 working days per year. In the case of part-time positions, the degree of employment shall be determined in the election resolution, if it is not specified in the regulations on the organisation of the commission concerned.2
The rates are not adjusted to take account of inflation.
