  1. Each extra-parliamentary commission shall have a secretariat that shall be run by an office in the Central Federal Administration.
  2. The head and the other employees of the Secretariat are subject to the federal law on personnel that applies in the Central Federal Administration.
  3. Derogating provisions of specific legislation or provisions in the election order shall remain reserved.
