Electronic infrastructure includes all stationary or mobile installations and devices capable of recording personal data and legal entities’ data; it includes in particular:¹

1. data processing systems, network components and software;
2. data storage units;
3. telephones;
4. printers, scanners, fax and photocopying machines;
5. timekeeping systems;
6. access and video surveillance systems;
7. geopositioning systems.
