  1. The Information Conference comprises the Federal Council Spokesperson and the persons responsible for information in the departments. A representative from the Parliamentary Services may with take part in an advisory role.1
  2. The Information Conference deals with current information problems in the departments and Federal Council; it coordinates and plans information.2
  3. The Federal Council Spokesperson holds the chair.3
