  1. Popular initiatives, or all the valid parts thereof, must be submitted to the vote of the people as they stand.
  2. The Drafting Committee reserves the right to correct obvious translation errors and to make any formal adjustments necessary to incorporate the proposed constitutional amendment into the Constitution. The Committee shall give the initiative committee the opportunity to express its opinion.1
