Minutes of meetings and other committee documents must be classified; the exception being documents that are already publicly available before being passed to the committee.
The committees may declassify their documents and make them publicly available, with the exception of the minutes of their meetings. The conditions for accessing documents are regulated in an ordinance issued by the Federal Assembly.
