The Office of the United Federal Assembly comprises the Presiding Colleges of both councils.
The chairperson is the President of the National Council or, in the event of his or her incapacity, the President of the Council of States.
The Office shall prepare the meetings of the United Federal Assembly.
It may appoint committees of the United Federal Assembly. They comprise twelve members of the National Council and five members of the Council of States.
