The financial liability of an assembly member for his or her official activities is governed by the Government Liability Act of 14 March 19581.
The Administration Delegation shall decide on the liability of an assembly member under Articles 7 and 8 of the Government Liability Act of 14 March 1958.
The assembly member may contest the decision of the Administration Delegation by filing an appeal with the Federal Supreme Court.
