In cases of incompatibility in terms of Article 14 letter a, the person concerned must declare which of the two offices he or she has chosen to accept.
In cases of incompatibility in terms of Article 14 letters b–f, the person concerned shall be removed from the Federal Assembly six months from the date of the incompatibility being established, provided he or she has not resigned from the other position by that time.
