This Act regulates:

  1. the rights and duties of the members of the Federal Assembly;
  2. the tasks and organisation of the Federal Assembly;
  3. the procedure in the Federal Assembly;
  4. procedural relations between the Federal Assembly and the Federal Council;
  5. procedural relations between the Federal Assembly and the federal courts.
