Par ces motifs, la Juge présidant ordonne :

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire 6B_711/2016 est rayée du rôle.

2.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour d'appel pénale du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
