CAPITAL FACILITIES FUND - TRANSFER OF FUNDS
                  Act of Jul. 2, 1992, P.L. 391, No. 84               Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     Providing for the transfer of funds within the Capital
        Facilities Fund designated for State Highway and Bridge
        Authority projects and Advanced Construction Interstate
        projects to highway projects of the Department of
        Transportation; and providing for the transfer of the balance
        of funds designated for site development projects.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  Interfund transfers.
        (a)  The balance of any funds currently being held in
     accounts in the Capital Facilities Fund designated for State
     Highway and Bridge Authority projects and Advanced Construction
     Interstate projects are hereby transferred to accounts within
     the fund designated for highway projects of the Department of
     Transportation.
        (b)  The balance of any funds currently being held in
     accounts in the Capital Facilities Fund designated for site
     development projects of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure
     Investment Authority (PENNVEST) are hereby transferred, after
     the payment of all outstanding cost of issuance expenses, to the
     Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Bond Authorization Fund
     and are hereby appropriated to implement the provisions of the
     act of March 1, 1988 (P.L.82, No.16), known as the Pennsylvania
     Infrastructure Investment Authority Act.
     Section 2.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect immediately.
