THE DENNIS ROAD - DESIGNATION
                 Act of Dec. 5, 1988, P.L. 1111, No. 136              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a portion of S.R.1001 which is located in Lebanon
        Township, Wayne County, as The Dennis Road; and directing the
        Department of Transportation to erect appropriate signs.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  That portion of S.R.1001 in Lebanon Township,
     Wayne County, which is between S.R.1003 and S.R.371 is hereby
     designated and shall be known as The Dennis Road. The Department
     of Transportation shall erect appropriate signs on S.R.1001 at
     its junctions with S.R.371 and S.R.1003 indicating this official
     designation.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
