LABORERS AND CONTRACTORS - PROTECTION OF
                   Act of Jan. 14, 1843, P.L. 1, No. 1                Cl. 39
                                RESOLUTION

     To protect Laborers and Contractors.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
     Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General
     Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the
     same, That the second section of an act, entitled "An act to
     incorporate the Easton iron company," approved the nineteenth
     day of July, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine,
     increasing the salaries of judges, be, and the same is hereby
     repealed.
