NAC Chapter 97 — Contracts for Sale of Vehicles

NAC 97.050 Commissioner of Financial Institutions to prescribe forms for contracts and applications for credit; amendment of forms.

1. The Commissioner of Financial Institutions will prescribe all forms required pursuant to NRS 97.299 and will make that information available to the public upon request, including, without limitation, on the website that the Commissioner maintains on the Internet or its successor.

2. Notwithstanding the authority granted by subsection 4 of NRS 97.299, the Commissioner of Financial Institutions may provide notice and hold a hearing before altering or amending the forms prescribed pursuant to subsection 1.
