10.01 Scope and Application

10.01: Scope and Application (1) In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 146, § 2, the Board adopts by reference the 2021 ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section II, Materials, Parts A, B, C, and D. (2) 522 CMR 10.00 shall be applicable to the manufacture and construction of all High Pressure/Power Boilers, nuclear vessels and piping, Low Pressure/Heating Boilers, and unfired Pressure Vessels subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 146.
