Article 1 Mill Levy Assessment

Kan. Admin. Regs. § 24-1-1 Mill levy assessment

Wheat marketed through commercial channels in the state of Kansas shall be assessed at 10 mills per bushel. The assessment shall be levied and assessed to the grower at the time of sale.
