The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) requested public comment on the proposed interim rule from May 13, 2026, through June 12, 2026. IDEM received no comments in response to the Notice of Public Comment Period for Interim Rule.

INTERIM RULE

SECTION 1. THE FOLLOWING ARE SUSPENDED: 326 IAC 13-3-1; 326 IAC 13-3-2; 326 IAC 13-3-3; 326 IAC 13-3-4; 326 IAC 13-3-5; 326 IAC 13-3-6; 326 IAC 13-3-7.

SECTION 2. This rule expires four hundred twenty-five (425) days after the effective date.
