Sec. 0.01. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Terms Act.

Sec. 2.

The terms of the Supreme Court shall be held in the place provided therefor, at the City of Springfield, as follows: On the Second Monday in September, November, January, March, and May of each year.
