550 Board of Medical Scholarship Awards

Ala. Admin. Code r. 550-X-6-.01 Legislative Appropriations

The Board shall apply, annually, to the Alabama Legislature for funding in such amount as it deems necessary and appropriate.

The Board may solicit contributions from any sources which it deems appropriate.

Ala. Admin. Code r. 550-X-6-.03 Contributions From Localities In Need Of Physicians Or Physician Assistants

The Board may solicit contributions from localities in need of additional physicians or physician assistants. Such localities may stipulate that such contribution shall be contingent upon a physician’s or physician assistant's agreement to practice in such locality.
