Ala. Admin. Code r. 265-X-4-.01 Electronic Submissions

Secondary metals recyclers subject to Section 13A8-30, et seq., of the Code of Ala. 1975, shall submit the information required by Section 13A-8-31.2(b)(2) in an electronic file format as determined by the ACJIC Director. Electronic submission specifications may be obtained by contacting the Director.
