Pursuant to the MDL Panel’s order of June 20, 2016, three pretrial judges were appointed
for the cases in this proceeding. 	The order specified that the three judges would decide “all
common pretrial issues together as a panel” and “case-specific issues as individual pretrial
courts.” The order also asked the three judges to recommend which cases should be allocated to
each of them individually for their case-specific attention.
Having received suggestions from counsel, the pretrial judges have issued their “MDL
Pretrial Courts’ Recommendation of Assignment of Cases,” dated July 28. 	They have
recommended that the cases subject to this proceeding and tag-along cases be assigned to them
individually pursuant to Exhibits 1, 2, and 3, which were attached. 	The Recommendation is
hereby approved.
It is ordered that: (1) the cases listed in Exhibit 1 of the Recommendation are assigned to
the Hon. Elma Teresa Salinas Ender; (2) the cases listed in Exhibit 2 of the Recommendation are
assigned 	to 	the 	Hon. 	David 	L. 	Evans; 	and 	(3) 	the 	cases 	listed 	in 	Exhibit 	3 	of 	the
Recommendation are assigned to the Hon. Sylvia A. Matthews.
