opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Juan Luis Baltazar-
Perez’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Baltazar-Perez’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Baltazar-Perez with the misdemeanor
offense of criminal trespass.
