APPEAL DISMISSED

Deputy Chief Appellate Defender Wanda H. Carter, of Columbia, for
Appellant.

Attorney General Henry Dargan McMaster, Chief Deputy Attorney
General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, all

HEARN, C.J., THOMAS, and KONDUROS, JJ.,
concur.
