PER CURIAM: Affirmed pursuant to Rule 220(b), SCACR, and the following
authorities: Rule 801(d)(2)(A), SCRE ("A statement is not hearsay if . . . [t]he
statement is offered against a party and is (A) the party's own statement in either an
individual or a representative capacity . . . ."); State v. Beck, 342 S.C. 129, 134, 536
S.E.2d 679, 682 (2000) ("'As a general rule, statements or declarations made by
one accused of a crime are admissible against him.'" (quoting State v. Plyler, 275
S.C. 291, 295, 270 S.E.2d 126, 128 (1980))).

AFFIRMED.1
