Electric Company moved for summary disposition. That motion is denied as
moot. On July 1, 2002, Portland General Electric Company moved to dismiss
the appeal, to vacate the opinion of the Court of Appeals, and to remand the
case to the circuit court with instructions to vacate the judgment and dismiss
all claims as moot. That motion is denied. The court on its own motion dis-
misses these petitions for review.
