PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
KENDRIN ALLEN WILSON,
Defendant-Appellant.
SC: 168745
COA: 374911
Wayne CC: 23-004620-FC
_________________________________________/
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the May 19, 2025 order of
the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(I)(1), in lieu of granting
leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Wayne Circuit Court for amendment of the
Presentence Investigation Report and the Sentencing Information Report in light of the
prosecution’s concession that the defendant should have been assigned zero points for
Offense Variable (OV) 4, MCL 777.34. See People v White, 501 Mich 160, 164-165
(2017). The circuit court shall forward a copy of the amended Presentence Investigation
Report and Sentencing Information Report to the Department of Corrections. Defendant
is not entitled to resentencing. See People v Wiley, 472 Mich 153, 154 (2005). In all other
respects, leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the remaining
questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
