The motion to withdraw Molly Duane as counsel for plaintiffs-appellees is GRANTED.
Upon entry of this order the Clerk’s Office shall remove Ms. Duane from being shown as one of the out-
of-state counsel for plaintiffs-appellees.
The motion to extend time to file appellee's brief is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that
the time for plaintiffs-appellees to file their appellees’ brief is EXTENDED until December 18, 2025. If
other appellees wish to seek an extension for filing their appellees’ briefs they need to file appropriate
motion(s) setting forth reasons they should be granted extensions.
