Brock A. Swartzle, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
This cause is REMANDED to the trial court for appointment of substitute counsel, current
counsel having failed to cure the defective filing by filing the presentence investigation report.
Diane Kay-Hougaboom (P70751), appointed counsel for appellant, must pay the Clerk of
this Court, within 14 days of the certification of this order, court costs in the sum of $200.00 for failing to
pursue this case in accordance with the Court Rules. Such costs are personal to the attorney and shall not
be charged back to the County or to the State.
