Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is DENIED. Appointed counsel’s request
for an extension to January 15, 2026, which is 119 days from the filing of the transcripts in the trial court,
is unreasonable. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without
further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed within 21 days of the Clerk’s certification of
this order.
