Docket No. 376289

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motions for immediate consideration are GRANTED.
The motion to strike the answer filed on November 13, 2025 is DENIED. Defendants had
the right to file an answer to the motion for reconsideration. See MCR 7.215(I)(2).
The motion for reconsideration is DENIED because plaintiff has not demonstrated a
palpable error by which this Court has been misled and has not shown that a different disposition must
result from correction of any error. See MCR 7.215(I)(1); MCR 2.119(F)(3). To the extent that it was
unclear in this Court’s order of November 3, 2025, this Court sanctioned plaintiff under MCR 1.109(E)(6)
because plaintiff filed a complaint in this Court, which a reasonable inquiry would show was not well-
grounded in fact and warranted by existing law or a good faith argument for the extension, modification,
or reversal of existing law, MCR 1.109(E)(5)(b), and because the record in this case and the other evidence
submitted by defendants in support of their motion for sanctions showed that plaintiff interposed the
complaint as part of a pattern to harass defendants and to needlessly cause defendants to incur litigation
expenses, MCR 1.109(E)(5)(c).
The motion to “Hold Further Sanctions Proceedings in Abeyance Pending Resolution of
Motion for Reconsideration” is DENIED. Nevertheless, we order that plaintiff shall have 14 days from
the clerk’s certification of this order to answer the brief filed on November 14, 2025.
