The motion to allow Thomas Lee Walkley to intervene as a petitioner/plaintiff in this
pending appeal is DENIED. The complaint with exhibits, which was received with the motion to
intervene, is not accepted for filing in this Court. MCL 600.2932(1) allows a person who claims “any
right in, title to, equitable title to, interest in, or right to possession of land,” to “bring an action in the
circuit courts against any other person who claims or might claim any interest inconsistent with the interest
claimed by the plaintiff . . .” (emphasis added).
