The motion for reconsideration of this Court’s April 16, 2026 order striking his March 17,
2026 motion for reconsideration is DENIED. Plaintiff still has not paid the motion fee for the March 17,
2026 motion for reconsideration, which is why that motion was stricken, and has also not cured the service
defect explained in this Court’s April 27, 2026 correspondence. With this motion for reconsideration
having been denied, the matter is now closed in this Court. See MCR 7.215(I)(3) (“The clerk will not
accept for filing a motion for reconsideration of an order denying a motion for reconsideration”).
