Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion captioned as a motion to reinstate appeal is treated as a motion for
reconsideration of this Court’s March 31, 2026 order dismissing the claim of appeal. The motion is
GRANTED, and the appeal is REINSTATED.
Appellant shall file a copy of the lower court register of actions and a jurisdictional
checklist with this Court within 21 days after the date of this order. Notably, the motion for
reconsideration appears to mistakenly use the term “docketing statement” rather than referring to the lower
court register of actions which must be filed. A docketing statement is not a document that appellant
would obtain from the lower court, but rather a form that she must complete and file with this Court per
MCR 7.204(H). Appellant shall complete and file a docketing statement with this Court within 28 days
after the date of this order.
Failure to comply with this order may result in this appeal again being dismissed.
