Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motions to extend time to file a conforming brief in support of the applications in
Docket No. 379021 and 379022 are DENIED.

Appellant failed to file the items required for an application under the Court Rules. In
keeping with MCR 7.201(B)(3), appellant shall have 21 days from the Clerk’s certification of this order
to cure the defect by filing applications in conformance with MCR 7.205(B)(I) and MCR 7.212(B) and
(C). Failure to cure the defects within 21 days will result in dismissal of the applications. Such dismissals
may be without prejudice to appellant filing conforming delayed applications as permitted by the Court

Rules.
