The claim of appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction as to the November
20, 2025 order entered in lower court case 2024-000017-NF. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The November 20, 2025
order entered in case 2024-000017-NF is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because it
does not dispose of all the claims and adjudicate the rights and liabilities of all the parties. Plaintiff-
appellant’s claims against Genoteq Claims Investigations remain pending in case 2024-000017-NF. The
claim of appeal remains pending as to the November 20, 2025 order entered in lower court case 2024-
000260-NF because the November 20, 2025 order entered in case 2024-000260-NF is a final order as
defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i).
This order is entered without prejudice to appellant filing an application for leave to appeal
the November 20, 2025 order entered in lower court number 2024-000017-NF, provided such a filing
meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
