Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is DENIED because appellant has not made a sufficient showing
of a current inability to pay where he merely asserts in conclusory terms an inability to pay the $375 entry
fee. Contrary to appellant’s indication nothing in MCR 2.002(F) provides for a fee waiver in the trial
court to remain in force during this appeal.
Within 21 days after the date of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the
entry fee of $375. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of the appeal.
