The claim of appeal and “motion to appoint counsel” are DISMISSED for lack of
jurisdiction. The September 15, 2025 “order denying defendant’s motions to return property” and the
October 23, 2025 “omnibus order denying successive motions for (1) return of property, (2)
reconsideration, (3) to correct mistakes, and (4) to properly record filings” do not meet the definition of
final under MCR 7.202(6)(b). MCR 7.203(A)(1). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an
application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements
under the court rules and is not time-barred.
