Brock A. Swartzle, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for immediate consideration of appellant’s motion for leave to file corrected
conforming brief and appendix is GRANTED.
Appellees’ motion to strike appellant’s brief and appendix and appellant’s motion for leave
to file corrected conforming brief are both GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the appellant’s brief and
appendix filed on April 21, 2026 are STRICKEN. Also, appellant shall file a corrected appellant’s brief
and appendix within 21 days after the date of this order, with the brief and appendix properly filed as
separate PDF documents and with the appendix being properly paginated. Also, appellant may include
materials in the corrected appendix that were omitted from the originally-filed appendix. A corrected
appellant’s brief filed within the time allowed by this order shall be docketed as timely filed.
The time for filing appellees’ brief under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) shall run from service of
the corrected appellant’s brief and appendix.
