Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
GARY ROBERT HILL JR V TERRIENE FAITH HILL
Docket No. 380677
LC No. 2016-844510-DM
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the May 5, 2026 order
appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The postjudgment
order regarding spousal support cannot be considered an order that grants or denies a motion to change
legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii), nor is the order the first order
that disposes of all the claims and adjudicates the rights and liabilities of all the parties under MCR
7.202(6)(a)(i). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4),
provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
The motion for immediate consideration and motion to stay are DISMISSED as this Court
lacks jurisdiction.
