Judges
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to file an amended application is GRANTED and the amended application
filed with the motion is accepted.
The motion for “disability accommodation” is DENIED as MOOT because it requests that
defendant be allowed remote participation at any Court hearings, but there is no oral argument on an
application for leave to appeal. MCR 7.205(E)(1).
The motion for immediate consideration of the motion for preemptory reversal is
GRANTED, and the motion for peremptory reversal is DENIED.
The motion for stay is DENIED.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds
presented.

On the Court’s own motion, and pursuant to MCR 7.216(C)(1) and MCR 1.109(E)(5), the
Court finds that the delayed application is VEXATIOUS and devoid of arguable legal merit. Defendant’s
underlying position has been rejected numerous times by the trial court—including in an order that
resulted in sanctions—and this Court has denied leave to appeal from the trial court’s orders. Defendant’s
insistence on repeatedly pursuing theories that he has been warned are devoid of arguable legal merit
cannot continue. As a result, we assess costs of $500 against defendant, to be paid to this Court within 21
days of the Clerk’s certification of this order. The Court shall accept no new non-criminal appeals or
original actions until the sanction is paid. We also caution defendant that continuing to ignore the Court
Rules could lead to, among other sanctions, the imposition of a screening order and other filing restrictions
as provided for in MCR 7.216(C)(3).
