The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief and to correct the transcript record are
GRANTED ONLY TO THE EXTENT that, within 21 days of the date of this order, appellant shall ensure
the filing of the stenographer’s certificates for hearings held on April 16, 2025, September 23, 2025, and
for any previously requested transcripts. The due date for appellant’s brief shall be calculated from the
filing of the last of these transcripts with the trial court. See MCR 7.212. Failure to secure the
stenographer’s certificates within this time may result in this case being submitted on the involuntary
dismissal docket.
