Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The “motion to extend time to obtain transcript and file brief on appeal” is GRANTED TO
THE EXTENT that appellant’s counsel shall ensure, within 7 days of the date of the Clerk’s certification
of this order, the filing of a stenographer’s certificate in this Court for all transcripts necessary for this
appeal. Counsel’s failure to comply with this order shall result in the submission of this appeal on the
involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties. The time for filing appellant’s brief
shall run in accordance with MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii) from the date the transcripts for appeal are filed in
the trial court.
